While on patrol the officer on duty has a hand held reader that he is required to scan RFID Tags that have unique idenitification numbers.These RFID Tags are put on all street patrol and standing guard locations.The information is uploaded to a computer with a report on each time and date the location was checked and any events that may have occured such as, a broken window,door open ect.
